Join me for a 2-hour beginner-friendly Resin Ocean Workshop held in the heart of Ryde at Riboleau Studios. Working in a small, supportive group, you’ll be guided step by step through the process of creating realistic waves, beautiful colour blends and unique ocean effects. Whether you’re completely new to resin or simply looking for a creative experience, this workshop is designed to be fun, inspiring and easy to follow. You’ll leave with new skills, confidence and your own bespoke resin pieces to enjoy at home. ⸻ What You’ll Create • A beautiful resin ocean artwork • A key ring or a 10cm heart ⸻ What You’ll Learn • How to safely measure and mix resin • Adding colour to create depth and movement • Techniques for forming realistic waves using white pigment • How to achieve lacing and cell effects • Ways to manipulate resin for unique textures and finishes • Tips, tricks and insider techniques to improve your results • Creative ways to use any leftover resin ⸻ What’s Included • All materials provided (resin, pigments, mixing tools and PPE) • 1 × A4 premium birch plywood board and a keyring or 10cm heart • Step-by-step tuition and demonstrations • Small group sizes for plenty of individual guidance • A welcoming, creative studio environment ⸻ Workshop Details • Duration: Approximately 2 hours • Location: Riboleau Studios, Ryde (central location with parking available) • Level: Beginners welcome — no experience necessary • Price: £97 per person ⸻ Important Information Curing time Your artwork will need time to fully cure, so it won’t be ready to take home on the day. Pieces can be collected later or posted for a small additional fee. What to wear Please wear old clothes and suitable shoes. PPE will be provided, but resin can be messy and we wouldn’t want your favourite items damaged. Health & safety Due to the chemical nature of resin, this workshop may not be suitable for those with medical conditions that could be affected by resin exposure. If you’re unsure, please check before booking.
